Refunds are provided only in exceptional, verifiable cases, such as:
- Duplicate transactions.
- Internal technical failure preventing service delivery.
- Verified errors where no verification attempt was made.
2. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Denials or rejections by third-party services.
- Change of mind or buyer remorse.
- Abuse of the refund system.
